Photographic Prints & Framed Prints
Photographic print sales are final.  Exchanges or refunds of prints are not accepted.
If a print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 (seven) days of receiving goods.  Please email landonstirling@gmail.com for assistance in your shipping claim.  Please keep all original packaging and  include images of packaging on arrival and images of damages made to products orders from our website.


Non-Print Products
Returns of all non-print products is accepted up to 7 days of you receiving your product.  Please email landonstirling@gmail.com for return inquiries pertaining to non-print products.  At the time of emailing please include your digital receipt in pdf format.
All products accepted for return must be in “Like New” condition, this means unwrapped and unworn in their original packaging.
Only after a return has been approved for non-print products please do the following;
* Print your receipt and include in return package
* Preferably package your product in the box that it was shipped in
* Send to:  Landon Stirling Photography, Schinter 372, 6313, Auffach, Austria
* The return shipment costs are the responsibility of customer
* Once received your order is received by us and reviewed to ensure items are in their original, unused condition, will be refunded to the original payment method used at time of purchase


Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered on any products sold on our site.
Sale Items or Promotional Code Items
Products purchased either on-sale, at a discount or using a promotional code are not eligible for refund or return.
